Privacy

We respect your privacy. This page explains what the website and the app collect — very little.

On this website

No advertising, no third-party trackers and no cookies on the public pages. To count visits and downloads we record the page, the language, the country (deduced from the IP address, which is not stored), the type of browser and the referring site. An anonymous identifier, renewed every day, avoids counting the same person twice.

In the application

The app contains no ads and no tracking. Once a day it asks this website whether a new version exists, sending only its version number and its language; you can turn this off in Settings. Your downloads, history and settings stay on your PC.

Browser extension

The extension only talks to the app installed on your PC. It does not send your browsing history anywhere.

Donations

Donations are handled by PayPal or the Bitcoin network. We never receive your card details.
